With the worldwide spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, we want to reaffirm that the health and safety of our employees, clients, and partners is our top priority. We are actively monitoring the situation in all regions of the world, and we have put in place a series of measures to help ensure the safety of our employees, the continuity of our business, and support for our customers during this time.
Bullhorn Internal Continuity
Bullhorn has long provided employees with the ability to work from home and has a significant percentage of permanently remote employees. This is afforded by the fact that we are a fully cloud-based business and use productivity solutions that are cloud-based, including GSuite, Zoom, and the Bullhorn ATS and CRM platform. All of our employees – regardless of department – will be able to work productively from their homes for an indefinite period of time in the case of individual or regionally-mandated quarantine.
Continuity of Technology Offerings
Bullhorn’s cloud-based offerings are accessible remotely by Bullhorn employees, regardless of their physical location. A work-from-home policy will not impact the ability of Bullhorn to deliver our core services. We do not anticipate a significant reduction in productivity or interruptions to service as a result of the spread of the virus.
Support Availability for Customers
Support operations at Bullhorn will not be affected by remote working. The technology that we leverage to run our Support operations allows us to be very nimble. Specifically, it enables our employees to work remotely as needed. As a part of our standard operations, over 40% of our Support team is a dedicated remote team. The remainder of our staff works from home on an as-needed basis and is readily prepared to work from home as necessary to address any concerns or issues driven by the spread of the virus.
Employee Safety
We have instituted policies to minimize employee exposure to the disease and to maximize remote flexibility in order to safeguard our employees’ and customers’ best interests. In addition to following all recommendations provided by the WHO and the United States Centers for Disease Control, Bullhorn has also rolled out numerous internal recommendations for its employees, including a work-from-home policy, increased sanitation measures, and restrictions on international travel.
We are confident in our ability to navigate through the challenges ahead. We will be closely monitoring developments and will aim to act nimbly and in the best interest of customers and employees at all times. If you have further questions, please reach out to your account manager or email marketing@bullhorn.com.
On behalf of everyone at Bullhorn, we truly hope that all of you, your coworkers, and your families keep healthy through this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Art Papas
