The introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in May 2018 will materially impact the way in which data is captured, stored, shared and moved. As a result, the working practices for the executive search profession will be required to be fully aligned with the requirements of the new legislation.
The Invenias GDPR Module, part of the Invenias Global Data Privacy Framework, allows Invenias customers to manage data privacy with minimum disruption to their business. The Module comprises of options to globally manage data privacy preferences, manage the requirements to inform, manage consent (if and where required) and to manage the requirement for the right to be forgotten and data subject access requests.
