Invenias, the leading cloud-based platform for executive and strategic hiring, has announced today that Conroy Ross Partners has implemented the Invenias platform in order to align its 60 plus consultants operating from seven offices across Canada. Conroy Ross Partners is one of the leading retained search and consulting firms in Canada, and a member of IIC Partners, one of the world’s top ten global executive search organizations.
Over the last few years, Conroy Ross Partners has substantially grown its operations through two strategic acquisitions, and as a result, multiple databases were being used across the business. This made it challenging to fully integrate the national team and provide everyone with real-time access to the same candidates and client briefs. The move to Invenias will see all consultants operating from the same platform, empowering employees to collaborate, share knowledge and access a wider talent pool of candidates.
