Mark is a co-founder of Eden Ventures and is one of Eden’s Investment Managers. He primarily focuses on opportunities within the telecoms market.
Prior to joining Eden, Mark gained considerable management experience through co-founding several telecoms companies, most recently Cramer Systems, which emerged as the leading supplier of inventory systems to the telecoms industry and was acquired by Amdocs in 2006 for $425 million.
David, CEO & co-founder of Invenias, brings an abundance of sales and operational management experience gained from over 20 years working in senior positions within the software industry.
After many years of outstanding success working in senior sales management roles and as a Director for Oracle, David went on to setup and run European operations for eCal and StorageNetworks, before co-founding Invenias. David also co-founded Erevena (www.erevena.com) a leading executive search and recruitment firm focused in the technology sector.

One of the founders of Invenias, Richard brings 20 years combined executive search, recruitment and technology experience, from recruiting and building top performing technical teams for some of the world’s leading software technology companies to designing market-leading software and managing enterprise server platforms for cloud based services, that meet the demands of global businesses.
Richard brings a combination of deep industry experience, broad technical leadership and software/product design skills with a strong focus on usability and a passion for simplicity, which drives Invenias to deliver best-in-class software and services.

Trevor is focused on growing and maximizing the success of our global customer base.
Prior to Invenias, Trevor was the General Manager for AtTask, Inc. in EMEA where he established their presence across the region building out sales, marketing and services. Trevor is no stranger to the software industry and has spent more than twenty years in senior leadership positions at organizations like IntraLinks, Adobe Systems, Microsoft, and Lotus/IBM Software.
Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Invenias, having over 20 years’ experience in various sales-leadership roles for the Tech industry. Jim started his career working for Allegis Group, the largest privately held staffing company in the United States, where he discovered his passion for building high- performance sales organizations while working at high-growth companies including TEKsystems and Mentor 4. Most recently, Jim was the VP of Sales for Pittsburgh based start-up called Nowait, a technology platform that helps eliminate the wait at busy restaurants. Prior to Nowait Jim worked with Jibe, which provides corporate talent-acquisition teams in a cloud-based, recruitment- marketing platform to transform hiring and improve the candidate experience. Before Jibe, Jim worked at LinkedIn – both pre-and post-IPO – serving as Director of Sales in the Sales Solution and Search & Staffing divisions.
VP Global Customer Services
With over 20 years’ experience in technology sector customer service delivery, Mark joined Invenias to grow and lead the global Customer Services teams. Prior to Invenias Mark held senior roles at Lawson Software and Concur Technologies, latterly being Concur’s Vice President of European Services, building and leading multilingual implementation and support teams in Europe and India.
Mark holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Business Systems, is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the British Computer Society and is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute.
Lucy has a wealth of marketing experience, gained running her own businesses and working in the Software Applications marketplace. She has held marketing roles at Salesforce.com, Siebel Systems, Informix and Oracle. At Siebel Systems she was one of the first Marketing employees in Europe and was fundamental in driving the success of Siebel in the UK and Europe during a period of rapid growth.
She has experience across all marketing disciplines, including public relations, advertising, customer advocacy programmes, event management, channel marketing, executive programmes and direct marketing.
Andy joins Invenias with over 25 years’ experience in the media, software, internet and telecoms industries and key roles in companies ranging from start-ups to multinationals including EY, Philips, British Telecom, Freeserve and most recently Opera Mediaworks. He brings financial expertise combined with commercial and operational knowledge and experience of the early and mid-stages of business, having specialised in fast growth companies, finance raising and M&A.
Drew Mitchell is a senior IT executive with proven experience in multi-national technology corporations including Oracle, Amdahl and Micromuse (IBM). Drew’s career has included senior vice president, managing director and regional VP roles, spanning revenues of $75 million, budgets of $30 million and management of up to 150 people. Drew has the experience of having forged major winning outcomes for start-up technology companies in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He has built successful multi-cultural, global sales teams. Drew has responsibility for Invenias sales and customer service capability in the Asia Pacific region.
Head of Development and Platform Operations
MCSD and a Graduate in Business Computing, Peter is an experienced solution developer with over 18 years’ experience in analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise applications with a strong focus on usability. Peter brings a wealth of experience in software engineering and engineering management, cloud/web services based architectures, enterprise server platforms as well as web and mobile centric applications.
Before joining Invenias to lead product engineering, Peter worked as a solutions architect and technical lead for a range of leading companies including BCA, O2/Apple, Bacardi, Dell & CompuServe.
Chief Engineer & Architect
MSc in Computer Science and currently completing his PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Lukas is highly accredited academically, published internationally and acknowledged globally as a leader in the field of Computer Vision, specifically in Text Detection and Recognition.
A co-founder and the technical architect of Invenias, Lukas specialises in technical design and development of software applications tightly integrated with Microsoft Office. Lukas has also worked in a technical lead capacity across a range of diverse and strategic projects for companies including T-Mobile, White & Case, Peugeot, Scania & Leaseplan.

Jon is a director of MMC, having joined in 2007. He heads up the investment team which is responsible for leading new investments and also represents MMC on portfolio company boards. Jon enjoys working with founder-led businesses as they grow, helping them to build executive teams and good business processes from which they can scale and realise the value of their technology. Jon has lead responsibility for SafeGuard, iJento, KnowledgeMill, Consilium, MBA & Company and Creativity Software.

Katie joined Invenias as an Advisor in 2014 to help launch the West Coast of US Operation. Since moving to the UK in 2015 she has worked closely with the management team on strategic initiatives including digital engagement, expansion in the Americas, business development and our growth in the corporate market. Katie has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, alliances and executive management for enterprise solution companies including HP, PeopleSoft, Commerce One, Portal and Oracle. In 2000 Katie was recognized as one of the top 100 influential people in B2B and has been a guest lecturer at Stanford and Golden Gate Universities in California.
